　　本产品的开发，经全国化工硫磷设计中心审定，自94年以来一直被列为全国化工工程建设标准选用“定点产品”唯一指定的生产厂，并于99年获上海市科技兴农“一等奖”。

　　本产品开发的优点：
　　1．项目投资省、设备流程短、占地少、上马快、安装灵活、操作简便、能耗低、动力效率产量高、采用60℃以下的低温挤压颗粒工艺流程；一次挤压造粒成形率达90%以上，无返料、无筛粉、只要原料配方含水量适当，一般无需烘干设备。（如果挤压出来的颗粒成品需要加速自然冷却，可在颗粒输送机上另外安装一套吹风管装置）即可计量、包装。颗粒抗压强度大于8牛顿，颗粒成品率完全符合国家标准GB15063-2001，农业部发布的农业行业标准GB18877-2002，NY525-2002；

　　2．设备结构先

进，性能可靠，可以三班子连续运转生产。平模与辊轮采用螺纹调隙装置，能有效地控制平膜与辊轮的简隙，改变了平模与辊轮调隙采用传统的垫片方式，此项技术在国内同类产品中属于首创。其优点，能使平模与辊轮改少磨损，同传统的垫片方法相比，平模与辊轮使用寿命提高20%左右；
　　
　　3．设备多功能．一是对无机肥系列的挤压造粒，如：（1）尿素-氨化钾系；（2）尿素-过磷酸钙或钙镁

磷肥-氯化钾系；（3）氯化铵或硫酸铵-过磷酸钙-氯化钾系；（4）氯化铵-磷酸-铵或磷酸=铵-氯化钾系；（5）碳酸氢铵-磷酸-铵，磷酸二铵-氯化钾系的挤压造粒；还可加工氯化铵、氯化钾、硅钙镁肥等单质肥的挤压造粒；二是能充分利用有机质腐植酸类的、风化煤、褐煤、泥炭、（草炭）、秸秆粉、城市垃圾、以及鸡、牛、羊、禽畜粪便、有机生物菌种肥的挤压造粒最理想，既解决城乡环境污染，又为加快我国21世纪发展有机农业、生态农业提供了良好的发展前景。
