　　DJ系列多功能挤压造粒机组，年生产能力0.5--20万吨，用户可以根据生产规模配套选用。目前主要装备在中小型化肥企业的生产流水线。特别是对转鼓造粒机，转盘造粒机造粒难度较大，又不能进行烘干的微生物有机复合肥造粒的生产厂家，提供了新一代节能型挤压造粒设备。DJ系列适用生产中，高浓度无机复合专用肥，无机或有机复混肥，有机生物菌种肥。包括农药、仓储防虫剂，灭鼠药，水产养殖业饲料等行业的各种粉状物料挤压造粒。

　　本产品开发的优点：
　　1．项目投资省、设备流程短、占地少、上马快、安装灵活、操作简便、能耗低、动力效率产量高、采用60℃以下的低温挤压颗粒工艺流程；一次挤压造粒成形率达90%以上，无返料、无筛粉、只要原料配方含水量适当，一般无需烘干设备。（如果挤压出来的颗粒成品需要加速自然冷却，可在颗粒输送机上另外安装一套吹风管装置）即可计量、包装。颗粒抗压强度大于8牛顿，颗粒成品率完全符合国家标准GB15063-2001，农业部发布的农业行业标准GB18877-2002，NY525-2002；

　　2．设备结构先

进，性能可靠，可以三班子连续运转生产。平模与辊轮采用螺纹调隙装置，能有效地控制平膜与辊轮的简隙，改变了平模与辊轮调隙采用传统的垫片方式，此项技术在国内同类产品中属于首创。其优点，能使平模与辊轮改少磨损，同传统的垫片方法相比，平模与辊轮使用寿命提高20%左右；
　　
　　3．设备多功能．一是对无机肥系列的挤压造粒，如：（1）尿素-氨化钾系；（2）尿素-过磷酸钙或钙镁

The project features low investment, short equipment processes, less land use, quick initiation, flexible installation, easy operation, low energy consumption, high power efficiency and output, adoption of low-temperature extruded granules (<60 ℃ dry powder), over 90% rate of finished granules, no returns and no sieving powder. As long as the formulation of raw materials has appropriate water content, drying equipment is usually not needed. The crushing resistance of granules is >8N and the rate of finished granules completely conforms to the national standard (GB 15063 2001).
　　2. Equipment has an advanced structure. The shimming of its flat die and roller replaces the traditional shimming method with the advanced foreign device. The technology takes the lead among the domestic products of the same type. Its features are as follows: 1) shimming is enabled by turning the cross segment; 2) it can reduce the wear and tear between flat die and roller and increase their service life by about 20% compared with the traditional shimming method.
